After five years of hard work and determination, Harpal fulfilled his dream by opening his first restaurant in 2003. With no one to rely on but his own education and passion for cooking, he pushed forward. Since then, he has launched several more restaurants and continues to seek new growth opportunities. His journey shows that with persistence and belief in oneself, dreams can come true.
